Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance checks on hotel engineering systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment malfunctions
- Support preventative maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers during equipment installations and repairs
- Monitor utility consumption and report irregularities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare status reports
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to facility issues
Kualifikasi
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
