Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance tasks throughout the hotel property including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various hotel departments
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory usage
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team on larger projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Basic technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in maintenance or engineering is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
