Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed 2D/3D engineering drawings and technical documentation for stamping dies and machining parts.
- Analyze product specifications and technical requirements to ensure designs are feasible for mass production.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly.
- Perform engineering calculations and material selection as required by project briefs.
- Manage design revisions and maintain an organized library of technical documentation and project files.
- Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues encountered during the production phase.
- Ensure all designs comply with internal quality standards and international engineering regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in engineering design within the stamping or machining industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a technical team.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
