Sinergi Metalin Indonesia is a leading manufacturing firm dedicated to high-quality metal fabrication and industrial design solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative Engineering Design Staff to join our growing team in Bantargebang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings, focusing on furniture, industrial cabinets, and modular backwalls.
As our Engineering Design Staff, you will collaborate closely with production and project departments to ensure that every design meets our rigorous quality and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and translate complex technical blueprints and sketches into actionable manufacturing designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and 2D technical documentation.
- Design high-quality cabinets, backwalls, and industrial furniture components suitable for production.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional departments (Production, Procurement, and Quality Control) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Perform design modifications and optimizations based on feedback from the shop floor and client requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications for fabrication processes.
- Maintain design records and technical documentation in compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical design, preferably within the furniture or metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawing standards and manufacturing processes.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth coordination across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for structural detail.
