Indonesia Multi Colour Printing is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Drafter to join our dynamic team in Jawilan, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in our manufacturing excellence by bridging the gap between operational requirements and technical execution.
You will be responsible for translating complex operational needs into clear, accurate, and detailed technical drawings for spare parts and custom tooling. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams to ensure that every component meets our rigorous quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate and detailed 2D/3D technical drawings for machine spare parts and tooling requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to interpret operational needs and convert them into feasible design specifications.
- Update and maintain existing technical documentation and bill of materials (BOM) to reflect design changes.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and manufacturing constraints.
- Conduct site measurements to assist in the reverse engineering of existing machine components.
- Perform quality checks on finished drawings to prevent errors during the manufacturing process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tooling design and machine efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Drafter or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in a printing or heavy-industry environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar applications).
- Strong understanding of mechanical technical drawing standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise technical calculations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on manufacturing optimization.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional production team.
- Willingness to be based in Jawilan, Banten.
