In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement of our state-of-the-art fitness infrastructure. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who understands the unique challenges of coastal engineering and facility management in Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair of fitness equipment, gym infrastructure, and facility systems.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime for gym members.
- Supervise onsite technical teams and external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate building improvements and oversee renovation or installation projects as needed.
- Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report regularly on facility status and budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, building engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective team communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a 'can-do' attitude towards facility challenges.
- Willingness to reside in or commute daily to the Kuta Selatan/Uluwatu area.
