Pro Unggul Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineering Gedung MEP to join our facilities management team in Jakarta Barat. As an integral part of our property operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building utilities and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background in building maintenance. You will be tasked with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex system failures, and executing repairs to maintain the highest standards of our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical system malfunctions, including lighting, panels, and distribution units.
- Maintain plumbing infrastructure, ensuring water supply systems, drainage, and pumps are operating at peak efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems and mechanical equipment to ensure building comfort.
- Handle minor civil repairs and general facility maintenance tasks as required.
- Coordinate with vendors or external contractors for specialized equipment servicing when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all repairs, inspections, and energy consumption data.
- Ensure all activities adhere to building safety, health, and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or MEP facility operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, pumps, plumbing, and building controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints.
- Capable of using hand tools and testing instruments effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during emergency repairs.
- Willing to work on a contract basis and be available for on-call duties if necessary.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., K3 Listrik/Umum) is a significant advantage.
