Masagana Gas Corp. (MGC) is seeking a visionary and highly technical Engineering Head to lead our mechanical engineering operations in Trece Martires City. In this critical leadership role, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering integrity, ensuring that our LPG storage, distribution, and facility systems operate at peak efficiency and safety standards.
The successful candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team, manage high-stakes infrastructure projects, and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all mechanical engineering operations, maintenance, and facility improvements within the LPG plant.
- Ensure 100% compliance with national and local safety regulations, specifically those governing LPG industry standards and fire safety protocols.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all critical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Manage engineering project budgets, procurement of technical materials, and oversight of third-party contractors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational safety, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide the engineering department staff, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections and mechanical audits to preemptively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in industrial mechanical engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas or LPG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Mechanical Code, OSHA standards, and relevant industrial safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex engineering projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and standard project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
