Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and perform rigorous inspections of heavy equipment to ensure 100% compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct detailed investigations into equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or performance anomalies to determine root causes.
- Execute regular audits of fleet maintenance logs and technical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and mentor junior inspection staff on technical diagnostics and safety inspection protocols.
- Generate comprehensive inspection reports for management, highlighting performance trends and potential risks.
- Ensure all equipment meets the statutory safety regulations required for site operation in Kalimantan Timur.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment inspection, maintenance, or quality control, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
- Strong technical background in hydraulics, electrical systems, and structural integrity of heavy machinery.
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and software for heavy equipment monitoring.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership experience in managing a team of technical staff or inspectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Inspector competency certification) are highly regarded.
