Tanggung Jawab
- Support the engineering team in monitoring and maintaining production machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
- Assist in the strategic planning and allocation of mechanical resources and maintenance teams.
- Analyze spare parts inventory and recommend optimization strategies to reduce downtime.
- Document production workflows and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for process improvement.
- Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA) meetings to resolve recurring mechanical failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure that all engineering activities comply with safety and quality standards set by MAS Holdings.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
