Tanggung Jawab
- Support operational transformation initiatives by assisting in analysis, design, and implementation of engineering solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform engineering decisions and project planning
- Assist in developing technical documentation, reports, and project specifications
- Participate in plant audits, inspections, and monitoring of engineering systems
- Learn and apply engineering software tools for modeling, simulation, and data visualization
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by supporting energy efficiency and environmental compliance projects
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong academic record with GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industrial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and teamwork mindset
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in energy sector, power generation, or industrial automation is preferred
