This hands-on opportunity allows you to contribute to cutting-edge process optimization projects while gaining real-world industrial experience. You'll collaborate on time studies to enhance operational efficiency, lead 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) initiatives to create safer work environments, and participate in continuous improvement projects that drive innovation. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify operational bottlenecks
- Lead 6S implementation projects to improve workplace organization and safety
- Develop process improvement proposals using engineering principles
- Support daily operations with technical problem-solving assistance
- Document findings and create implementation reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation initiatives
- Assist in developing standardized work procedures
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential for data analysis)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proactive mindset with passion for innovation
- Available for 3-6 month contract commitment
