Cenfotec is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering / IT Intern to join our growing team in Alor Setar, Kedah. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical exposure to the core operations of the technology sector. You will work closely with our technical team to support procurement processes, assist in tender preparations, and participate in technical troubleshooting and client-facing support activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and related technical resources.
- Support the preparation and formatting of technical tenders and documentation.
- Conduct basic technical troubleshooting for internal systems and client inquiries.
- Provide front-line support and guidance to clients regarding technical issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings and project updates to align on goals.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Research and analyze new technologies relevant to our projects.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in technology, software, and hardware systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fluent in Malay and English (preferred).
