JLL is seeking a dynamic Engineering Lead to join our team, focusing on the operational excellence of a mission-critical pharmaceutical facility. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our infrastructure strategy, ensuring the seamless operation of complex HVAC systems and utility plant assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations and maintenance of critical HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and water treatment utilities.
- Ensure 100% operational uptime for the facility by implementing proactive preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage strict compliance with GMP, EHS, and local regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff and external contractors to ensure peak performance.
- Drive energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Manage the facility budget, including forecasting, procurement, and vendor contract management.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and incident management for any utility-related facility downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering activities with production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing HVAC and utility systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automated control systems.
- Expertise in health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead under pressure.
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing complex vendor contracts and Capex projects.
