Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in the execution of power distribution projects.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems within power substations and distribution networks.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex mechanical engineering issues.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met within the East Region operations.
- Collaborate with electrical engineering teams to ensure integrated system functionality and reliability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mechanical maintenance and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within the power distribution or heavy industry sector.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a track record of managing engineering teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, and cooling systems related to power grids.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- In-depth understanding of Singapore Standards (SS) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
