This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership to drive innovation, optimize operations, and elevate engineering excellence across our Ngawi facility. You'll lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineering talent, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives in one of Indonesia's leading agribusiness companies.
As Engineering Leader, you'll be instrumental in implementing cutting-edge technologies, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee maintenance, reliability, and optimization of production equipment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in project management and technical oversight
- Strong knowledge of food processing equipment and automation systems
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency
