San Miguel Foods is calling on ambitious and driven engineering graduates to join our prestigious Engineering Leadership Acceleration Program (LeAP). This exclusive Management Trainee Program is designed to fast-track your career in one of the Philippines' most respected food and beverage companies.
As a LeAP participant, you will undergo comprehensive training that combines hands-on technical experience with strategic leadership development. You'll rotate across multiple business units, gaining exposure to our manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality assurance, and process optimization initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across various engineering departments including production, maintenance, and quality control
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and best practices
- Assist in analyzing operational data and preparing reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and manufacturing projects
- Learn and apply safety protocols and environmental standards across all operations
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production facilities
- Participate in leadership training modules and mentoring programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
- Fresh graduate or with up to two years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated leadership potential and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to be assigned in different Metro Manila locations
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and development
