You will coordinate and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring our extensive fleet of trucks and heavy equipment operates at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Spearhead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's fleet of trucks and heavy equipment.
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficient workflow.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance records, generating reports on equipment status, repair costs, and maintenance performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all local and national safety regulations and environmental standards related to vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to optimize equipment utilization and support overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the integrity and safety of all vehicles and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the trucking, logistics, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong technical expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and heavy vehicle components.
- Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and a team of skilled technicians effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance challenges.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating with various departments and external vendors.
- Willingness to work in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.
