Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end maintenance workstreams for complex railway infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement robust preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximize system reliability.
- Manage a team of technical staff, providing mentorship and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional project teams to integrate maintenance requirements into design and commissioning phases.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize resource allocation, and reduce equipment downtime.
- Manage relationships with international vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery during overseas deployments.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict industry regulations and SBS Transit’s quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in railway maintenance or heavy engineering infrastructure.
- Proven track record in leadership and project management, particularly within a safety-critical environment.
- Deep understanding of railway signaling, track, or rolling stock systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Willingness and readiness to undertake international travel and long-term overseas postings as project requirements demand.
