Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing facility.
You will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, driving a culture of preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing unplanned downtime, optimizing production processes, and supporting our strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies, managing annual budgets and spare parts inventory, ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental protocols, and collaborating closely with production and quality teams to achieve operational excellence. You will also identify and execute process improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering and maintenance team to achieve performance goals and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment and machinery.
- Drive cost efficiency by managing maintenance budgets, controlling spare parts usage, and identifying savings opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Coordinate with production planning to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management or engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with preventive maintenance systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and maintenance management software.
- Strong track record in budget management, cost control, and resource planning.
- Deep knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality standards in manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
