Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and engineering team in our Cilegon facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for directing all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, develop maintenance strategies, and manage budgets to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and monitor activities of the maintenance & engineering team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and inventory of spare parts.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, CMMS, and reliability engineering.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
