Nusantara Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering & Maintenance Staff to join our operations in Makassar, South Sulawesi. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and operational excellence of our toll road, bridge, and key facility infrastructure assets.
As part of our dynamic engineering division, you will supervise ongoing construction projects and manage routine maintenance activities. This position requires a proactive individual with a solid foundation in civil engineering who can collaborate effectively with contractors, internal stakeholders, and field teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions on time and in compliance with safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the construction and maintenance activities of toll roads, bridges, and related facilities to ensure strict compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular structural and routine inspections of infrastructure assets to proactively identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or defects.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and vendors regarding project schedules, quality control, and physical work progress on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, maintenance logs, and project progress updates for presentation to the management team.
- Assist in budget estimation, material procurement planning, and resource allocation for routine and preventive maintenance projects.
- Ensure all on-site activities strictly adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and local regulations.
- Analyze technical issues in the field and propose effective engineering solutions to minimize disruptions to toll road traffic and operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in infrastructure construction, highway maintenance, or bridge engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of toll road operations, civil construction methodologies, and structural maintenance standards.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or SAP2000.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and on-site decision-making skills.
- Willingness to conduct active field inspections and work on-site under various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in Indonesian (English proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Currently residing in or willing to be permanently placed in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
