Sumi Hotel is seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our hotel's operational efficiency, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems are functioning at peak performance. We pride ourselves on providing a seamless guest experience, and your technical expertise is vital to maintaining our high standards of comfort and safety.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will tackle a variety of tasks ranging from preventive maintenance to urgent repairs. You will work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence are highly valued. Whether it is troubleshooting HVAC units, performing electrical repairs, or conducting general facility maintenance, your contribution will directly impact guest satisfaction and hotel longevity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff to ensure timely repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and safe solutions.
- Maintain records of all maintenance work performed and materials used.
- Assist in minor construction, painting, and furniture repair projects as needed.
- Ensure all engineering operations comply with hotel safety standards and local building regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations during repair works.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Vocational degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the hospitality or building management industry.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and general carpentry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and basic pool maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta Barat.
