- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Drive innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and adoption of new technologies.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and project success.
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment for engineering initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with other business units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using agile or other methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of engineering best practices, software development lifecycle, and system design.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technology industry is a plus.
