Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure to support distribution logistics.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across the company's distribution network.
- Manage the engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Ensure all engineering projects adhere to strict safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong technical background in systems engineering, process automation, and supply chain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
