Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all club facilities and M&E systems.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team to ensure high standards of performance and professional growth.
- Manage building infrastructure projects, including renovations, upgrades, and large-scale repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, including BCA, SCDF, and NEA guidelines.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, including tender processes, performance monitoring, and budget control.
- Drive energy conservation initiatives to optimize operational costs and enhance sustainability.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate immediate resolution protocols.
- Manage the annual engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional certification (PE or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities management or building engineering, preferably in hospitality or premium club environments.
- Proven track record in managing M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire safety, and plumbing.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing technical teams of various sizes.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permit application processes.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on long-term infrastructure health.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and project management software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
