- Lead end-to-end engineering projects from development planning through production launch
- Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams (5-10 members)
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance departments
- Implement engineering best practices and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience
- Proven track record in manufacturing project delivery
- Strong technical background in engineering principles and methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
