Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to ensure high performance, code quality, and technical growth.
- Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Drive technical decision-making, ensuring system scalability, security, and robustness.
- Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices for agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to meet key milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and modern software development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Kanban, and project management tools.
