Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Master's preferred)

- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional project delivery
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and facility management standards
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in engineering management software and technical documentation
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Facility Management (CFM) highly desirable
