Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals across multiple disciplines
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Plant projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team
- Resolve technical challenges and make critical decisions to ensure project success
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
