Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional engineering teams (5-15 members)
- Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with production targets
- Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards (ISO, OHSAS)
- Collaborate with R&D to drive innovation in product development
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5-10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of proven leadership/management experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with CAD/CAM, PLC programming, or automation systems
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
