Join Hartalega as Engineering Manager and lead our technical excellence in glove manufacturing. You'll oversee all engineering operations, maintenance systems, and technical infrastructure across our Sepang facility. - Lead and manage all engineering operations, maintenance activities, and technical infrastructure across the plant
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize production efficiency and equipment reliability
- Oversee capital projects, including technology upgrades and facility expansions
- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Mentor and develop engineering teams to build technical capabilities
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams for integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years in engineering management with 5+ years in manufacturing
- Strong background in plant maintenance systems and operational excellence
- Proven experience leading technical teams and capital projects
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of automation, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation
- Certified Engineer (or equivalent professional certification)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
