EcoOils is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to ensure the seamless and reliable operation of our plant facilities. In this high-impact position, you will oversee critical maintenance strategies, manage complex resource planning, and drive continuous improvement through rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
We are seeking a professional who excels in budgeting, financial reporting, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet operational targets. A strong commitment to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) compliance is essential as you lead a team of engineers dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of plant integrity and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of plant maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives to identify, mitigate, and prevent equipment failures and operational incidents.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations across all engineering activities.
- Coordinate with Asset Support Departments (ASD) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or engineering management within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong background in budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
- Extensive knowledge of HSSE standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
