Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in manufacturing
- Strong technical background with hands-on maintenance experience
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and projects
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in engineering management software and tools
