Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team through regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Define and implement engineering best practices, architectural standards, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Manage resource allocation and project prioritization to optimize team output.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, including quality assurance and technical documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the procurement of technical assets is aligned with organizational needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and technical stack architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-functional communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
