Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of software engineers and developers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
