Adecco is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager (Automation) to spearhead our technical operations and drive innovative automation solutions across the Southeast Asian market, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering capabilities and client needs, ensuring that our intralogistics systems are delivered with precision and performance. You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting sales pursuits with technical expertise, and optimizing operational workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver tailored intralogistics automation solutions.
- Support the sales team through technical consulting, feasibility studies, and proposal development for regional clients.
- Oversee project lifecycle management, from design and commissioning to final handover, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across SG/MY/ID/PH operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering activities with regional business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex automation hardware and software issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automation, robotics, or intralogistics systems.
- Proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep technical proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
- Strong project management skills, preferably with certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultural markets.
- Willingness to travel periodically within the designated Southeast Asian region.
