Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure project delivery aligns with company goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes for two-wheel automotive spare parts.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the production lifecycle.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain departments to optimize workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology upgrades to enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and international automotive industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in engineering management, specifically within the automotive or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly line processes.
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management in a factory environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
