- Identify and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align process improvements with business objectives
- Drive change management initiatives and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes
- Report on KPIs and ROI of optimization projects to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in engineering management with 5+ years in process optimization
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt)
- Proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements in manufacturing
- Expertise in process mapping, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring high-performance teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and process automation technologies
