Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the operational management of Condition Monitoring (CdM) systems to ensure real-time infrastructure visibility.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex engineering datasets to identify trends and reliability patterns.
- Provide technical leadership during incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and implement new digital engineering technologies.
- Standardize engineering workflows and reporting protocols to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MEC’s digital and analytical capabilities.
- Develop technical documentation and performance reports for executive stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within rail, transport, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Condition Monitoring (CdM) systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong background in incident investigation, safety protocols, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
