Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, plan, and execute civil engineering projects for industrial plants and agricultural facilities.
- Oversee contractor sourcing, selection, and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Implement rigorous cost-control strategies to ensure projects are completed within budgetary requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and compliance with national safety regulations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all civil assets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants to streamline operational workflows.
- Manage technical documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Professional Engineer/PE status is highly preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure management, preferably in a plant or farm environment.
- Proven expertise in structural maintenance, project estimation, and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure industrial environment.
