Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, providing regular progress reports and technical briefings.
- Ensure all engineering designs, calculations, and documentation strictly adhere to US building codes and international safety standards.
- Oversee resource allocation and talent management within the engineering pool to maximize project productivity.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews on all technical drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Identify potential engineering risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; a valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in engineering management or senior project leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing projects for international clients, preferably within the US market.
- Deep understanding of international engineering codes (IBC, ASHRAE, NEC, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software, BIM (Revit/Navisworks), and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
