Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated electrical and communication systems.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and professional mentorship to junior staff and technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of progressive experience in electrical and communication systems management.
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software and communication network protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience in managing field-based operations.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
