We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Engineering Manager to join our team in the F&B sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical infrastructure, facility maintenance, and operational efficiency of our establishments in Jakarta Utara. You will lead the engineering team to ensure that all technical implementations align with our company's strategic goals, safety standards, and performance targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all engineering activities to ensure facility operational excellence.
- Supervise the technical implementation of projects ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all F&B kitchen equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing technical guidance and performance management.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, focusing on cost-effective maintenance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to meet critical business targets and facility uptime objectives.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with local government regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Develop and track KPIs to monitor the performance of technical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management, specifically within the F&B, Hotel, or Hospitality industry.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and MEP systems.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara.
