- Lead technical tendering processes for HV/MV electrical power generation projects
- Drive business development through client engagement and proposal preparation
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to commissioning
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams with 5-8 direct reports
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean electrical regulations (ESG, NEA standards)
- Optimize project budgets and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Develop technical specifications for HV/MV switchgear and substations
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years experience in HV/MV electrical projects (≥33kV)
- Proven track record in technical tendering and contract management
- PMP or PE certification preferred
- Experience leading engineering teams of 5+ professionals
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's electrical codes and standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
