Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the mechanical design, development, and testing of automation machinery specifically for the semiconductor industry.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept definition, detailed design, prototyping, to mass production.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Ensure all designs comply with local safety regulations and international engineering standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong technical background in automation machinery and semiconductor equipment.
- Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in high-precision manufacturing environments.
