CV Tekun Karya is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Engineering Manager (MEP) to join our expanding team in Semarang. In this strategic role, you will be the backbone of our construction and installation projects, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are executed with precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards.
You will lead cross-functional technical teams, oversee project lifecycles from design to handover, and manage budgets to ensure maximum profitability without compromising on quality. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of MEP systems, strong project management capabilities, and the leadership skills necessary to drive projects to completion on schedule.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the MEP technical team to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP management or a senior engineering role within the construction industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP building systems and local construction regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to site challenges.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
