- Lead and manage engineering teams specializing in plastic injection molding and automation systems
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ISO 13485 compliance
- Oversee equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance production efficiency
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance in molding operations
- Mentor engineering staff and foster collaborative problem-solving culture
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in plastic injection molding with 3+ years in leadership
- ISO 13485 quality management system expertise
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record in equipment troubleshooting and process validation
- Strong background in automation systems integration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
