Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all power distribution projects and maintenance operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical staff.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of power distribution equipment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all engineering practices adhere to local regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the power distribution or energy sector.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and industry-standard power system design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly advantageous.
