You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, ensuring that production processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of precision engineering solutions for semiconductor applications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing throughput, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including R&D, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance in all engineering activities.
- Manage budget allocation, resource planning, and performance tracking for major engineering projects.
- Identify and implement new technologies and process improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within the semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and precision tooling operations.
- Proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using engineering software (CAD/CAE) and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
